Group Tweet
GroupTweet allows you to create a Group or Community in Twitter.
Usually when you published a message on twitter, it will be available to public Twitter timeline or to your followers. But when you only want your message to be seen by a specific group of people, GroupTweet is able to send and receive messages within the group.

Qwitter
Qwitter e-mails you when someone Unfollow you on Twitter with your last tweet that Might have caused it.
SocialToo might be a better choice, as they also inform you the last tweet that might have interest someone to Follow you.

SocialToo
SocialToo has a Number of Very Cool Functions for Twitter and Identi.ca.
1) Auto-Follow,
2) Auto-Unfollow,
3) Send Surveys to your social network friends,
4) Blacklist those you do not want to follow,
5) Auto-DM ( with the personalize option to insert the follower’s first/last name ),
6) Option to Turn Off automatic direct messages from other SocialToo.com users
(Good for yourself and your followers who find auto dms annoying),
7) Send you an e-mail showing who Followed you, who Unfollowed you,
and the last Tweet you sent when it happened.
For myself I would use both TweetLater and SocialToo for different purposes.

Twuffer
Twuffer allows you to schedule your future tweets for only one of your twitter account.
It only has per hourly choices, unlike Tweetlater which enables you to pick your month,date,hour and minutes.
But they give you a clearer view of what tweet has been sent and your next scheduled tweet.
It is a much simpler and clearer interface but lack of functions.
Overall I think TweetLater is better than Twuffer.

TweetLater user interface
TweetLater is still the Better choice to schedule your future tweets for Multiple of your twitter accounts to keeping your twitter stream ticking with new tweets even when you’re not in front of your computer.
They allow you to send an Auto Direct message or Auto Public Welcome tweet to your new followers and you can choose to Automatically Follow them back.
Twitter automatic follow back had been reported spammy,
so TweetLater came up with a new system, “Vet New Followers”.
What is follower vetting?
Follower vetting, TweetLater provides a 72-hour period for you to intervene with the auto-follow.
You can: a) follow the person, b) cancel (ignore) the auto-follow and do nothing,
or c) block the person.
If nothing is done, TweetLater will go ahead and auto-follow the person.
They also have an additional feature which is Twitter Tweets Keyword Alerts which works like TweetBeep.
It is like Google alerts for twitter which sends you twitter alerts by email when a tweet matches your search term. You can have a keyword search about you, your products, your company, your brand or your website.

Twitter Feed
Twitterfeed retrieves the RSS feed of the blog and updates your twitter status
when you publish a new post on your blog.
I do not really recommend this unless you are too busy to update your twitter.
You should however take the effort to tweet a message that will interest your followers and direct them to your post, this will increase the number of clicks to your blog posts.

HelloTxt enables you to update Twitter and other social networking sites

Though you can not follow or unfollow someone on the spot, but you can click on their photo and it directs you to their twitter page where you can do so.

TweeTree
TweeTree-interface
TweeTree puts your Twitter stream in a tree so you can see the post
people are replying to in context (even if you are not following them).
It also displays external content (eg. Twitpic photos, Youtube videos,etc)
right in your stream without having to click through every link your friends post.
A similar Twitter tool is to install Free GreaseMonkey scripts onto your browser.
